Malaysian society to Bali Down 10.20 Percent

Malaysian society going to Bali for holiday as many as 39 495 people during the first four month period from January to April 2010, down 10.20 percent from the same period the previous year which reached 43 982 people.

This condition causes the neighboring country was slipping from fourth to sixth of the ten countries supplying the most foreign tourists to the Island of the Gods, said Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Ida Komang Wisnu Bali in Denpasar, on Sunday.

Kintamani Tourism Area Guarded by Police During Lebaran

Tourist area of ??Kintamani, Bangli regency, Bali will be heavily guarded police to prevent criminal acts and other unwanted things during Lebaran. “Dozens of policemen will be deployed to security, especially when starting peak of visitors at the upcoming Idul Fitri holiday,” said Chief of Police Public Relations Sub-Division of Bangli, AKP Ida I Dewa Nyoman Rai, in Bangli, Tuesday.
